Amit is a celebrated business professional turned serial entrepreneur and speaker.
In his impactful experience of more than 18 years, Amit has made significant contributions in the fields ranging from manufacturing, engineering, e-commerce, and professional services.
After completing his mechanical engineering (with the accolade of being a gold medalist), Amit worked as a nuclear scientist at Nuclear Power Corporation of India for 5 years where he handled several key projects.
Thereafter, he went on to do an MBA from the prestigious SP Jain Insititute of Management Research.
His subsequent stints involved working with large corporates such as L&T and KBR, where he rose through several ranks and held critical positions and responsibilities. Through the course, Amit garnered expertise in aspects of project management, operations management, process excellence, and management.
Following this, Amit took a plunge and started up his own venture - Zimmber which went on to become a leading home-service providing platform. Amit looked after the entire execution of the company's operations, strategic planning, fundraising, and other important function. Amit successfully led the acquisition of the company to Quikr, where he also served as VP - Business for a year.
Amit now serves as the CEO of MSMEx, the company that he also co-founded.
