About Expert
Deepak Gupta (aged 57) is one of the most proficient Lean Thinking consultant in the country. Deepak acquired his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Delhi Technological University (then DCE) and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.
By spending about 20 years in his accomplished family business, Deepak gained hands-on experience in various aspects of business and mastered the trades of distribution, accounts & finance, manufacturing and retailing.
From 2005 till 2015, he has held leadership positions in various corporates. Some of the key roles he took up were, as Senior Vice President Operations and HRD.at Polymedicure Ltd. Here he helped the company adopt Lean Management and modern HR practices. Thereafter, he worked as Vice President of Training - Education and CSR with Minda Industries Ltd. While at Minda, he commissioned an internal training institute called Paathshala for the employees of the company. This facility has since then spread across the country in all Minda hubs and has been regarded and adopted as an epitome for other peer industries.
From 2015 till date, Deepak has been running his own consulting firm M/S SUCH Management Research Group. It’s a group of senior consultants who are experts in multiple dimensions of Business Management. He has worked with over 50 MSMEs under the cluster program of the Govt. and helped them achieve world class results.
The group is focussing on coaching on Strategy Formation and Execution, Balanced Score Card, Appreciative Inquiry, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Material Flow Cost Accounting, Knowledge Management, Operational Excellence, Sales and Marketing, Brand Building, Safety and HRD.
