Ashish is a supply Chain professional with more than 25 years of experience in SCM across industries, including leadership roles for South Asia and Asia Pacific region. His key strengths lie in supply chain strategy, processes, tools & training. He has been involved in several supply chain transformation initiatives.
For the last 6 years, have been training the corporate and young professionals in developing supply chain competencies. Key clients include Nivea, Nestle, Castrol, Becton Dickinson, Carlsberg, Philips, Beroe, Perfetti etc.
A major feather to his hat is developing an e-learning module to train outsourced warehouse associates for a company that has about 500 learners on the platform.
Ashish also holds strategic partnerships with Inchainge for Value Chain Simulation - The Fresh Connection and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) for the Certification. Through this alliance, he has trained and placed more than 150 young graduates under the Logistics Operations Training Program - a unique collaborative initiative with the Logistics and e-commerce companies.
Ashish is also known for instituting annual Supply Chain Challenge - an inter-company supply chain competition to recognize best talent.
